How green is my valley?

U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., and Stanford President Hennessy were headliners April 9 at the Silicon Valley Alternative Energy Solutions Summit. Hennessy urged government backed research to come up with energy solutions. Boxer, who chairs the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, said that global warming and energy resources must become a non-partisan issue again.
