The arts take center stage

Stanford President John Hennessy addressed the Academic Council in Cubberley Auditorium April 20, presenting an agenda that will dramatically expand pursuit of the Arts on Campus. He was joined by three professors, David Kelley, who discussed design, Eavan Boland, talking about the importance of creative writing, and Kris Samuelson who presented elements of the new film documentary program at Stanford.
