Fed Chair Alan Greenspan speaks about job growth at SIEPR economic summit
Federal Reserve Board Chairman Alan Greenspan says he
believes that there are jobs on the horizon; however, he cautioned his audience
at the Economic Summit sponsored by the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy
Research on Friday, Feb. 27, the jobs will come from the creation of new positions
to increase productivity and not from a reduction in layoffs. Video:
